Cancellation Policy

By booking a place on this retreat, you agree to the following terms: The total retreat cost is £70 per person. A non-refundable deposit of £35 is required to secure your place. You may choose one of the following payment options: Option 1 – Full amount upfront of £70 Option 2 – Available for bookings made in August only. Non-refundable deposit of £35 followed by a £35 payment 1 month later. All payments must be received by the stated due dates. Failure to make payments when due may result in your place being cancelled and any payments already made being retained. The £35 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. If you cancel on or before 1st October any payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded. If you cancel after 2nd October no refund will be given unless your place can be filled by another participant. If your place is successfully filled, any payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit will be refunded. We recommend that all participants obtain suitable travel and cancellation insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the retreat, all monies paid to us, including the deposit, will be refunded in full. Our liability is limited to the amount paid directly to us for the retreat. We are not responsible for any travel, accommodation, insurance, or other costs incurred by participants. We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the retreat where necessary. By booking and attending the retreat, you confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to participate in the activities offered and will inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or circumstances that may affect your participation. You acknowledge that yoga, movement, breathwork, outdoor activities, and other retreat activities involve an element of inherent risk, and you voluntarily participate at your own risk. You agree to take responsibility for working within your own abilities, following instructions given by retreat facilitators, and seeking medical advice before attending. Except where liability cannot be excluded by law we accept no responsibility for any injury, loss damage, illness, or expense arising from your participation in the retreat.
