Service Description
Lovely, simple flowing movement to motivate your Monday morning. Although similar to the evening sessions with the same name, this morning class is slower and more gentle in approach. We often start with somatic movement to ease out of the mind, into the body, then we flow into movement that builds physical strength and flexibility. Sometimes the class includes restorative poses. We always include breathing practice, relaxation and/or meditation. Flowing, smooth movement develops flexibility and strength. Focus on the breath calms the mind. Peaceful relaxation feeds the soul. Monday mornings 9.30am-10.30am - suitable for beginners.

To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours before the session starts. Any bookings cancelled after the 24 hour period will not be refunded or rescheduled.
