This workshop is fantastic for all you avid runners who want a really deep stretch of those tight hip and leg muscles. This practise aims to get deep into the fascia and release tight muscles, by holding seated/supine poses for up to 5 minutes each. This practise is deep and relaxing.

About the event
This workshop is fantastic for all you avid runners who want a really deep stretch of those tight hip and leg muscles.
As you constantly use the hips and legs in your running practise, these get tense, tight and sore, so this practise will help to release that tension.
This practise aims to get deep into the fascia and release tight muscles, by holding seated/supine poses for up to 5 minutes each. It is deep and relaxing.
We work with the breath in each pose and start to release tight, sore, achy muscles deep in the body, in order to aid your running practise.
This event will be monthly on the last Sunday of every month.
