As women our cycles and energies are linked to the moon, the soft, nourishing, calming energy of the moon is feminine.

This gathering aims to bring women together to harmonise, balance and giving time for personal nurturing and enrichment through the pleasure of dance, movement, relaxation and music.

Sharing all this within a beautiful environment.

Letting go of our everyday mode for a while and stepping into our feminine sovereign energy, connecting with the joy of being present in body, breath and mind, ready to dance.
