Winter Solstice Social

A casual and cosy social event, to acknowledge the deepest part of Winter, with cake, mince pies, treats and hot drinks. Laid back and informal - feel free to come in fluffy socks, pjs, loungewear, jeans etc. Our wellbeing can be nurtured through many different parts of our lives - diet, movement, rest etc - and social contact is a huge part of that wellbeing picture.

If you are a good baker and would like to bring something to share, please do! The event is free and is open to anyone who comes to or has been to classes and events throughout 2022. 

Tracy from Luna will be around with her crystals, offering her knowledge and wares.
