Visit from Lama Lhakpa

The Lama will talk about his life as a monk and be happy to answer any questions. 

He will lead a guided meditation. He will also speak about compassion from a Tibetan buddhist perspective and how this relates to our everyday lives. 

The Lama became a monk at a very young age and is affiliated with the Dali Lama. 

He lives in India near the Dali Lama in winter and returns to Europe in Summer, he lives a spiritual life, meditating and teaching from authentic, ancient Tibetan spiritual texts.
