Tune in and feel fabulous with this new playshop. Group based fun, creative and musical and vocal activities combined with simple exercises that bring together movement and sound to harmonise our physical, emotional and energetic systems.   Support your personal evolution using the power of sound to untie those knots that prevent us from reaching our full potential.  Let it motivate, revitalize and inspire. We can improve fitness, mental agility, memory, co-ordination, confidence and help to reduce symptoms of stress and many more benefits when practiced over time. Carol, a qualified Biomusica, music and movement practitioner, with over 30 years experience will be joined by Kate, a qualified Sound and Holistic Voice Therapist, and SYS's own Sefton, in bringing you this unique Sonic Tonic experience. We complete the session with herbal tea, snacks and time for any queries or reflections. Suitable for all ages and abilities and can be modified to suit individual needs.  No yoga experience necessary.
