We can improve fitness, mental agility, memory, co-ordination, confidence & help to reduce symptoms of stress & many more benefits when practiced over time. Carol, a qualified Biomusica, music & movement practitioner, with over 30 years experience will be joined by Kate, a qualified Sound & Holistic Voice Therapist & SYS own Sefton, in bringing you this unique Sonic Tonic experience. We complete the session with herbal tea, snacks & time for any queries or reflections. Suitable for all ages & abilities & can be modified to suit individual needs.  No yoga experience necessary.
