Shamanic Drumming Circle

Drumming together in a circle using very simple rhythms to connect to ourselves, each other, the universe. No experience necessary.

A special celebration of February. The first stirrings of spring, we are still in the restful months of winter, time for purification and inner reflection. We will start with tea made of some herbs associated with February, ones that relax and calm us physically, digestively, mentally, emotionally.

A few rounds of drumming together move us through the circle. You may come with an intention but let go of all expectations. The circle will give you what you need. Time to let go, be present, rest. Deep healing, transformation, to be transported… Learning and inspiration!
