About the event

A morning of running, yoga and cake. Making the most of Becky's strengths that combine sport therapy, personal training and yoga, this session promises to deliver a lot more than your usual Saturday morning run. 

We will meet at BeYoga studio at 9am on the 18th September and set off together (choice of 2k or 5k route) for a run by the sea. Both routes end back at the studio for a 45 minute yoga session with Becky, targetted specifically at muscles and joints we use when running, followed by a 20 minute restorative relaxation with Fran to end. We will have plenty of cake, coffee and juice to replenish you afterwards. 

9am - roughly 11.30am

You will need:

Water - very important, please bring your bottle.

Change of top/clothes - you can leave this at the studio when we head out for a run. If you stay in wet, sweaty clothes after the run you might find you shiver and it can make you unwell.

Warm clothing and/or a blanket for the relaxation. 

Mat if you have one.
