Sacral Chakra Workshop & Yoga Class

After the sucess of the introduction to chakra workshop, we can now delve deeper in to each chakra, the second month we are learning about the Sacral Chakra. Each workshop will start with an hour long workshop, discussing the chakra in more detail, and how it works, and what it does. We will finish with a half hour long Chakra Yoga Class.
