Harp Sound bath.

The harp is sacred, a beautiful instrument linked to the divine and angelic realms.

It is also linked to the heart and healing.

The harp I play is tuned to the healing frequency of 432Htz, to bring calm and healing to the whole nervous system.

When you lay down at a sound bath and let go of your working week the frequency of the harp can soothe the body and mind.  

A harp sound bath experience helps your body to feel more rested and relaxed by helping ease tension and anxiety form your day. The harp is played as the main focal point of the sound bath, following on from many other instruments.
