A Journey of Sound with Arachai

During this session Arachai will take you on a journey to the inner and outer realms, with sound vibration and the beautiful native herb, Mugwort. 

We will start with an opening circle then flow into a Mugwort tea ceremony, connecting to ancestral Celtic lands. Mugwort has many health benefits and is a known anti-inflammatory but also helps us connect to the dream realm. The session will then naturally move into sound with live acoustic healing being offered from the didgeridoo, handpan, gong and voice.
