Service Description
Starting with the breath, covering the basic principles, learning simple effective movement. Over 4 weeks you will create a foundation that will allow you to build a new Pilates practice. There will be no rushing and there will be plenty of support. Pilates is really hard to get right but once you begin to learn how to feel the connection in the body you will sense the beginning of a new practice - one that creates a stronger core, offers greater mobility and delivers a calmer mind.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours before the session starts. Any bookings cancelled after the 24 hour period will not be refunded or rescheduled. Please be really mindful of others - if you can't make the class, cancel so someone else can take your place. Thank you for choosing to support your local yoga studio.
