These are live broadcasts of studio yoga classes and as such are not intended to be specifically aimed at the online audience. If you have any questions please email them before or after the class, thank you. Gentle, slow and steady yoga with plenty of explanation and guidance.

To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours before the session starts. Any bookings cancelled after the 24 hour period will not be refunded or rescheduled. Please be really mindful of others - if you can't make the class, cancel so someone else can take your place. Thank you for choosing to support your local yoga studio.
