Service Description
These online sessions are still in their infancy and being tested. They are live broadcasts of studio yoga classes and as such are not intended to be specifically aimed at the online audience. If you have any questions please email them before or after the class, thank you. Lovely, simple flowing movement to wind down your week. Although similar to the evening sessions with the same name, this morning class is slower and more gentle in approach. We often start with somatic movement to ease out of the mind, into the body, then we flow into movement that builds physical strength and flexibility. Sometimes the class includes restorative poses. We always include breathing practice, relaxation and/or meditation. Flowing, smooth movement develops flexibility and strength. Focus on the breath calms the mind. Peaceful relaxation feeds the soul.
