Service Description
Beginner mat Pilates classes introduce core principles of Pilates, such as breathing, alignment and control, while fostering strength and body awareness. We practice foundational movements that build confidence and stability, setting the stage for progression to more advanced sessions if desired. Many people prefer to stay in this class without the need to progress further and this is absolutely welcome.

To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours before the session starts. Any bookings cancelled after the 24 hour period will not be refunded or rescheduled. Please be really mindful of others - if you can't make the class, cancel so someone else can take your place. Thank you for choosing to support your local yoga studio.
