Intermediate Pilates class focuses on learning and developing the basic principles of Pilates while layering I to more challenging exercises. Over time, breath, slow movement, lots of control and focus develops to improve core strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness. These sessions are designed to enhance your physical fitness while promoting a mind-body connection in a supportive environment. Pilates can help you feel the benefits of increased stability and posture, helping you to elevate your everyday activities with confidence and ease.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours before the session starts. Any bookings cancelled after the 24 hour period will not be refunded or rescheduled. Please be really mindful of others - if you can't make the class, cancel so someone else can take your place. Thank you for choosing to support your local yoga studio.
