A Yin and Yang class. Half a vinyasa class where we move with the breath and intention. Before taking the rest of the class in a more yin style: Long, Slow, Deep. Taking time to explore the depth of a pose and the space of your mind.

To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours before the session starts. Any bookings cancelled after the 24 hour period will not be refunded or rescheduled. Please be really mindful of others - if you can't make the class, cancel so someone else can take your place. Thank you for choosing to support your local yoga studio.
