Service Description
These are the original Joseph Pilates exercises, the core of his 'Contrology' system. It is a beautiful flowing, breathing movement practice designed for body integration, building core strength, flexibility, spinal health and balance. We will repeat the same exercises each week, although focus may change a little to build deeper understanding in different places. The repetition helps you to achieve a flow state, see your progress and feel the difference. Uplifting, inspiring and a fantastic challenge. Before coming to these sessions you need to have been to beginner sessions so you feel happy that you understand the breathing and have built up some core strength. No injuries please, unless you are confident in managing it and have spoken to the studio first.

To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours before the session starts. Any bookings cancelled after the 24 hour period will not be refunded or rescheduled. Please be really mindful of others - if you can't make the class, cancel so someone else can take your place. Thank you for choosing to support your local yoga studio.
