A sacred evening of Yoga Moon Salutations, Somatic Breathwork and a Gong Bath, to honour the turning of the seasons and the return of the light.
As we move through the longest night of the year, we’ll gather in community to release, realign, and renew.
Slow down. Breathe deeply. Surrender to the sound.
Flow with gentle Moon Salutations. Awaken through Somatic Breathwork. Surrender to the resonance of the Gong Bath.
