Therapeutic Sound Experience

On Sunday 4th September, Kate invites you to experience being ‘bathed’ in the gentle, rich and nurturing sounds of the Himalayan singing bowls - perfect for relaxation and to reset your system for the week ahead.

"Hi, I’m Kate a qualified sound practitioner.

I’ve been studying with The British Academy of Sound Therapy since 2020. I’m excited to share the potential of therapeutic sound and holistic voice for improving health and wellbeing. Those with conditions such as mild depression, anxiety, stress-related illnesses, chronic pain, IBS, ME, tinnitus, arthritis, cancer, and more, could be supported towards greater health with sound therapy.

Each month I will play different instrument(s) for you so we can explore the possibilities of your meditative sound journey."

There are plenty of mats, bolsters and pillows at the studio but you are also welcome to bring a pillow, blanket or anything of your own that will make you…
