About the event
Sangha means community - and that is exactly what this is about. Enjoying our local coastline and some yummy food with other people from your yoga studio.
We will meet at 1pm in the Raven Hall car park. Anyone without transport or who wishes to pool lifts, can meet outside the SYS studio at 12.15.
Our walk is a simple circuit. If you walk fast it will take you about 45 minutes. If you walk, talk and appreciate the view, it may take more like 1hr15mins.
At 2.30pm we will gather in the Hotel in their Panorama Restaurant for afternoon tea.
Message with dietary requirements after you book.
This is open to anyone who regulalry attends the studio for classes or workshops. Please note, you need to book early, registration closes 17th Feb.
