May Drumming Circle

Drumming together in a circle using very simple rhythms to connect to ourselves, each other, the universe. No experience necessary.

A few rounds of drumming together move us through the circle. You may come with an intention but can let go of all expectations. The circle will give you what you need. Time to let go, be present, rest. Deep healing, transformation, to be transported… Learning and inspiration! 

Bring your drum, or a rattle or shaker if you have one. If you don’t have any of these things but still want to join then you can come without an instrument, or other instruments are also welcome to come and experiment with being part of the drum circle! All types of drum are welcome.
