The workshop will be 2 hours long, and we will be talking about each chakra, what it means, how each one works, what they do for you, and how you can work on their energy within your body and within your life.

The workshop will include a workbook with exercises that we will work through together, and will also be able to use in your own time, so you can start to work on your own chakras
