As the longest day of the year approaches, we invite you to come to honour the radiant energy of the Summer Solstice through the powerful tradition of 108 Sun Salutations.

The Summer Solstice marks a moment of high energy, when the sun is at its peak and light fills the day. Across many traditions, this is a time to celebrate, set intentions, and connect (to the rhythms of nature and to each other).

The yogic ritual of performing 108 Sun Salutations is a moving meditation with breath, body, and spirit. It challenges the physical self, clears mental clutter, and awakens the heart. When we practice as a group, the energy is high and deep. It is a fantastic experience. The number 108 holds deep significance in yoga, symbolizing spiritual completion and the wholeness of existence.
