What classes do you offer?
Weekly classes can include Vinyassa flow, beginner's, somatics, yin, meditation, relaxation, restorative, power yoga, kids yoga, Pilates for all levels, Classical Pilates. Slow and gentle to fast and strong - we hope there's a class for you in our timetable. Head to our Class Descriptions page for more detail.
I'm not flexible enough to do yoga or strong enough for Pilates.
You don't need to be bendy and flexible to practice yoga! You don't need a strong core to practice Pilates! It's like saying you are too dirty to take a bath. Yoga can improve flexibility but the practice is about more than movement, it's about self discovery, stillness and connection. Pilates can give you great posture and improve your strength but it is also about mind/body connection. Come and find out for yourself...
What do I need to bring to a class?
We have lots of mats and props at the studio so you don't need to bring anything. Some people choose to bring a mat or blanket of their own. Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to breathe and move easily - leggings, tracksuits, shorts, t-shirts etc.
