A blissful yin class to end your week. Yin is a slow style of yoga practised to benefit connective tissue and joints and also, of course, to benefit the mind. The long slow release into the poses gives you time to wind down, using only breath and passivity to create a sense of calm. Join Sefton on Friday evenings for this special, soothing class.

To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours before the session starts. Any bookings cancelled after the 24 hour period will not be refunded or rescheduled.
