Service Description
A mixture of flowing and strong with stilling and soft. We often start with somatic movement to ease out of the mind, into the body, then we flow into movement that builds physical strength and flexibility. Sometimes the class includes restorative poses, sometimes a bit of yin. We always include breathing practice, relaxation and/or meditation. Flowing, smooth movement develops flexibility and strength. Focus on the breath calms the mind. Peaceful relaxation feeds the soul. Taking a few beginner classes prior to this class may make your experience of this class a little more enjoyable. Monday & Thursday evening 7.10-8.10pm
