Service Description
A slower, gentler class using Hatha and somatics - gentle on joints, stress relieving, and very nourishing. This class will stretch, gently strengthen and relax your body and mind. Lots of floor-based movement with classical hatha weaved in with somatics and plenty of breath-led focus. Soothing for the nervous system, strengthening for the muscles, nourishing for the soul. This is a great class for those wanting to slow down and relax both body and mind. Experienced practitioners and beginners welcome. Tuesday 9.30 - 10.30 am

To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours before the session starts. Any bookings cancelled after the 24 hour period will not be refunded or rescheduled.
