Service Description
Yoga is a practice for your wellbeing. A lot of us think about yoga 'for flexibility' but this ancient practice can offer you so much more. Yoga is for your body, mind and soul. This 6 week beginner course will show you how to use your breath and movement to help you relax and connect and restore. We move slowly and gently - and some of the poses may feel a bit challenging at times, but we work within what our body needs and adapt as we go. Just 5 spaces available with this pass.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours before the session starts. Any bookings cancelled after the 24 hour period will not be refunded or rescheduled. Please be really mindful of others - if you can't make the class, cancel so someone else can take your place. Thank you for choosing to support your local yoga studio.
