Service Description
Pilates is an amazing practice for developing strength in your body. Although the image of Pilates can be very much for young, thin people, it is really a practice that can benefit everyone. This 6 week beginner course will show you how to use your breath to support your movement, how to connect with your core or 'power house' and will slowly teach you movement that builds strength and confidence. We move slowly and precisely. You will definitely feel it working (that Pilates burn/wobble) but we make the sessions achievable and adaptable, working within what our body needs. Just 5 spaces available with this pass.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours before the session starts. Any bookings cancelled after the 24 hour period will not be refunded or rescheduled. Please be really mindful of others - if you can't make the class, cancel so someone else can take your place. Thank you for choosing to support your local yoga studio.
